Turn every product
into a canvas.
KILB Product Designer drops a real-time, fabric.js-powered design studio straight into your shop. Customers place text, images and QR codes on any article; you get print-ready PDFs and a backend that lives entirely inside your own store.
Runs natively inside

A design studio for any personalized product
Ideally you just try it — there's a free trial. Still, here's what ships out of the box.
Text on anything
Any font, size, curve, spacing or color — customers style their own text live on the canvas.
Images & clip art
Customers upload their own images, pick from your curated library, or search Pixabay for stock art.
QR codes, built in
Generate scannable QR codes directly on the product — no extra plugin required.
Snapping & grid tools
A configurable grid and smart snapping make precise, professional layouts effortless.
5 export formats
PDF, PNG, JPEG, WEBP, SVG and raw JSON — every design, exactly the format your fulfillment needs.
Deeply customizable
Monkey-patch the frontend or backend with your own CSS and JavaScript — no rebuild, no redeploy required.
Built for every kind of product
Three of the built-in demo configurations — the exact canvas your customers will use.

Configure every article from your own backend

Every ordered design, ready to export
Your customers' designs.
Your database. Always.
Most SaaS-style configurators quietly ship every design your customers create off to a third-party cloud. KILB Product Designer doesn't. Configurations, uploads and finished designs are written straight into your shop's own database — the same one that already holds your customers and orders.
- No silent export of customer data to a vendor's cloud.
- GDPR-friendly by default — data residency follows your own hosting.
- Works even if we don't. No runtime dependency on an external API to render a design.
One flat subscription.
Zero revenue share.
Plenty of configurator add-ons look cheap until you read the fine print: a cut of every sale, forever. KILB Product Designer is licensed like software should be — a single, predictable monthly or yearly subscription per shop. Sell one design or one million; the price doesn't move.
Customers describe it.
The AI designs it.
Not everyone is a designer — and with KILB, nobody has to be. Your customers type "a birthday card with a balloon in the corner and 'Happy Birthday' at the bottom" and watch a complete, editable design appear on the canvas. From blank product to "add to cart" in one sentence.
Full designs from a single prompt
The AI composes the whole thing — text, images, even QR codes — positioned and styled on the canvas. Every element stays fully editable, so customers can tweak the result instead of starting from a scary blank page.
Images out of thin air
No fitting stock photo? No problem. Customers describe the picture in their head — "a watercolor fox reading a book" — and the AI generates it straight onto the product. Unique artwork, zero licensing headaches.
Built differently, on purpose
A quick, honest comparison against the typical SaaS product configurator.
Available on your platform
Native plugins, not a generic embed — pick your shop system.
Good questions, honest answers
Where is customer design data actually stored?
Directly inside your own shop's database — the same Shopware or WooCommerce install that already stores your customers and orders. Nothing is silently synced to an external cloud.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You pay one flat subscription for the plugin, licensed per shop. There's no revenue share, no per-order fee, no matter how much you sell.
Can I customize the designer myself?
Yes. Every license includes CSS/JavaScript hooks for monkey patching the frontend and backend, plus a postMessage API for shop-theme integration — see the docs for details.
Is PrestaShop supported yet?
A native PrestaShop module is in active development. Shopware and WooCommerce are fully supported today.
What formats can customers export?
PDF, PNG, JPEG, WEBP, SVG and raw JSON (for developers who want to reconstruct the canvas with fabric.js).
